2025 - Spent hours upon hours producing this piece. It was the only thing my mind could concentrate on but it was such a massive help I was feeling pretty agitated, angry and numb all at the same time, weird! Struggling with sleep didn't help, neither does 2 hours sleep a night. I was holding onto the fact that my mood changes come and go.
